Collected papers and speeches, 1933-1967.

Includes Bhabha's published journal papers and his speeches delivered at various scientific academies, both national and international. A number of these speeches have to do with the peaceful uses of nuclear energy; e.g. the international conference organized at Geneva in 1958. The collection also includes typescripts of review articles on the status of atomic energy in India, on safeguards, as well as his biographical accounts of various scientists.

H. J. Bhabha was among the first generation of Indian quantum theorists to have worked at Cambridge in the 1930s. In 1945 he founded the Tata Institute of Fundamental Research; and in the 1950s was the principal figure responsible for the founding of India's atomic energy establishment.
